Extensive knowledge evaluating data center building power, generation, connectivity, risk management, location, and market demands. Performed numerous data center assessments that focus on end of life equipment, retrofit situations, re-evaluating an existing facility’s, high-density requirements, power upgrades, UPS/ Batteries upgrades, Fire suppression systems upgrades, and overall data center recommendations. Lead all RFP endeavors, develop strategic partnerships, collaborate with partners, and drive the business in a collaborative manner Oversee engineering design and construction for all sites including a selection of general contractors, engineering firms, and industry specialists Provides leadership for the design, planning, and implementation of enhancements to improve company operations and stakeholder value through technology development. Manage capital budgets, evaluates needs, conducts cost and productivity analyses, and determines technology priorities and requirements to effectively and efficiently support technology needs.
